Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Mission Manager to join our team in Wahiawa, Oahu, Hawaii. This is a full-time position with 5 days on-site.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Serve as a Cyberspace Mission Manager providing recommendations to the operational leadership to enable successful cyber operations.
- Exercise coordination for the approval, execution, and assessment of cyberspace planning and operations within the staff, and mission aligned task groups. Support the execution of operations and priorities in support of assigned plans, providing mission enablement. Provide continuous support to all facets of operations, to include planning, fires authorization, and enabling partnerships, as assigned.
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on the C2 of cyber operations. Participate in and contribute as a proactive participant to the compliant and effective execution of cyberspace operations, in accordance with relevant standards operating procedures (SOPs), instructions, and policies. Assist in coordinating and/or directly providing mission management support, 7 days per week, during exercises and real-world emergency contingencies.
- Support and execute resource validation and availability to meet mission objectives. Provide recommendation on how to coordinate, allocate, and schedules personnel and resources IAW operational and administrative guidance and oversight. Ensure the conduct of cyber operations meet all necessary technical requirements, and track and communicate operational status.
- Maintain professional relationships with multiple mission partners to integrate operational practices, identify critical operational shortfalls and implement tailored solutions. Develops and supports situational awareness during the execution of operations. Brief senior officials and decision makers (internally and externally) on the technical and operational aspects of cyber issues; often in a near real time environment.
- Possible travel of up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 9+yrs experience OR High School and 13+ yrs experience OR Associates and 11+ yrs OR experience OR Master's and 7+ yrs experience OR PhD and 5+ yrs experience
- Professional experience supporting military and /or government cyber missions.
- Experience providing management and guidance on the command and control of cyber operations.
- Demonstrated experience directing and/or directly providing capabilities and operational planning support, 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, during exercises and real-world emergency contingencies.
- Experience working within the Intelligence Community or US Cyber Command.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in a technical field (e.g., Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, IT, or Information Systems, Networking and Telecommunications, etc.) preferred.
- 15 years of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cyber or cryptologic mission.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with current polygraph is required
- Must be a US Citizen
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
