Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

Noblis ESI is seeking a Technical Information Management Specialist - SharePoint and web develolpment in Chantilly VA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) and Office Director with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned tools and programs/projects
Provide enterprise web presence, content management, and access control - Provide, update, and maintain SharePoint presence
- Assist the PM/Director in creating, delivering, and maintaining information management policy, processes, and innovations
- Assist the PM/Director in identification of websites, tools, and database requirements and concepts of operations
- Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, cross office coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers team or department level; participate in policy and procedure development. Receive general supervision, apply seasoned judgment autonomously.
- Track and respond to office tasking and build and present briefings
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship is reuired
- Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph
- Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of experience OR an associate degree with 9+ years of experience
- 5 years of experience with SharePoint hosted information management and sharing
- Experience delivering and managing an enterprise web presence; to include administration of data and user roles and privileges
- Experience updating, delivering, and maintaining web content
- Experience creating, delivering, and maintaining information management policy, processes, and innovations
- Experience identifying websites, tools, and database requirements, and maintaining concepts of operations and operating manuals
- Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills
- 3 or more years' information management experience in DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Experience in creation and maintenance of a compliant file plan and records management that electronically indexes and stores documents and various multimedia products
- Experience in entering new content, reviewing and updating existing content, within websites, tools, and databases and maintaining content and synchronization across domain web presences
- Experience maintaining information management requirements in a web-based central repository
- Experience creating, updating, and maintaining email group lists, security access groups, and folder/file accesses
- Experience identifying and reporting discrepancies or violations; recommending and implementing solutions
- Advanced skills in writing, reviewing and editing of intelligence and technical reports, white papers and other technical and policy documents
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders
