Purpose:
- Valkyrie Enterprises has an immediate need for a Master Scheduler to support STRIKE/Advanced Fires Project Office in Huntsville, AL.
- The Integrated Master Scheduler is a critical role responsible for the development, maintenance, and analysis of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for Advanced Fires Project Office efforts. This individual will work closely with project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project activities are properly planned, tracked, and reported to meet project goals on time and within budget.
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain the IMS - work with Army and Industry partners to create and manage a comprehensive, integrated master schedule that includes all project tasks, dependencies, and resources.
- Perform critical path analysis to identify and manage the project's most critical tasks.
- Work with project teams to gather schedule information, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders.
- Generate regular reports on schedule status, performance, and key metrics.
- Analyze schedule variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Identify and assess potential schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Continuously seek ways to improve scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Engineering, or Project Management and 10 years of logistics experience supporting an Army program office.
- Must be proficient with scheduling software like Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Must have experience preparing briefings and documentation for senior leadership.

Security Requirements:
- Must have an Active Secret clearance and the ability to maintain a clearance.
Travel Requirements:
- Occasional travel-less than 10%.
- If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID.
