(Technical Targeter - Virtual Operations) Cyber Technical Analys

At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced expert Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below:

1. The resource will collaborate with operational teams to develop and execute technical plans against targets, bringing advance technical expertise to enhance the organizations capabilities in digital targeting and operations.
2. The resource will support the identification and analysis of targets and provide expertise and guidance to enhance the skills of personnel involved in related activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience supporting intelligence community cyber activities.
• Demonstrated experience as a targeter.
• Demonstrated experience utilizing an array of targeting tools/databases for leads in support of HUMINT and technical projects.
• Demonstrated experience applying the appropriate internet research.
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing and integrating diverse data sources, including various forms of intelligence and technical data, to inform decision-making and support projects.
• Demonstrated experience converting data into leads.
• Demonstrated experience using the internet in an operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining contracts with appropriate Sponsor, other USG organizations and the intelligence community to effectively support/coordinate the sharing of leads.
• Demonstrated experience with strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of targeting research.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with foreign language (spoken, written, or reading) specifically Arabic, Chinese, Russin, or Farsi.
• Demonstrated experience with classified data repositories.
• Demonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic tools.
• Demonstrated experience working in a complex or high-stakes intelligence gathering environment, with a focus on identifying and analyzing high-priority targets.
• Demonstrated experience with conducting operations or gathering intelligence in dynamic or challenging environment, utilizing various methods and techniques to collect and analyze relevant information.

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

• 8-10 years of experience

*A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
