(Technical Targeter - Virtual Operations) Cyber Technical Analys

At GCI, we solve the hard problems. As a Cyber Technical Analyst, a typical day will include the following duties:

GCI is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Cyber Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for the below:

1. The resource shall exploit technical bulk data for the purposed of producing finished intelligence.
2. The resource shall leverage big data analytics to glean insight into plans.
3. The resource shall generate new leads based on datasets.
4. The resource will collaborate with technical teams to leverage advanced data analytics and learning capabilities to streamline processes, analyze large datasets, and gain insights through data-driven approaches.
5. The resource will support information gathering requirements by leveraging publicly available data sources to inform and augment existing research and analysis efforts.
6. The resource shall have 3+ years targeting/analytical/exploitation experience or 5+ years supporting mission center targeting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience supporting intelligence community cyber activities.
• Demonstrated experience working with customer databases and analytic and exploitation tools.
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing targeting strategies.
• Demonstrated experience with analyzing and integrating large datasets from diverse sources, including various forms of intelligence and technical data, to inform decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience converting data into actionable leads.
• Demonstrated experience with utilizing online resources and tools in a professional or operational setting.
• Demonstrated experience with conducting discreet online research.
• Demonstrated experience with building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, including government agencies and other organization, to facilitate information sharing and coordination.
• Demonstrated experience with strong analytic, writing, and briefing skills when presenting results of targeting research.

Desired Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with Russian language skills.
• Demonstrated experience with conducting operation or intelligence gathering in a field or operational environment.

Education Requirement

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience)

Experience Requirement

• 5-7 years of experience

*A candidate must be a US Citizen and requires an active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
