Maximus is seeking a Senior SAP Developer with CRM and S/4 HANA experience to join our team supporting the development and modernization of a major U.S. agricultural agency's enterprise system.
This position is remote and requires a Public Trust security clearance.

Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
- Due to contract requirements, only US citizens without dual citizenship with another country may be considered. The selected candidate will be required to successfully complete a government-sponsored clearance process for position of Public Trust prior to start date.
- Bachelor's degree; 4 years of additional professional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 10+ years' software development experience, including 5+ years' experience with SAP development.
- Significant hands-on SAP CRM ABAP development experience.
- Experience with SAP CRM to S/4 HANA migration efforts.
- Deep SAP CRM Knowledge: Strong functional and technical knowledge of SAP CRM - including familiarity with CRM data models (tables/fields) and commonly used CRM BAPIs, user exits, and function modules - is expected.
- Ability to produce high-level technical designs and recommend best practices.
- Confirmed ability to develop with key SAP Tools/technologies such as BADI's, BAPI's, LSMW, ALE/Idoc, RFCs BDC, business objects, classes and methods, Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts, Data Dictionary,and ALV reporting.
Experience with OData services development (using CDS views and AMDP) and SAP workflow (design/debugging).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and awareness of SAP Clean Core principles including use of released API's, in app extensibility options and key user extensibility.
- Knowledge of 3-Tier extensibility model and SAP RAP (Restful ABAP) and CAP (Cloud Application) Programming Models.
- Implementation knowledge of Native SQL, ADBC, External View, ABAP Core data Services, AMDP Procedures, Text Search, ALV on HANA.
- Practical experience in creating custom and enhanced standard CDS view and AMDP class based on business requirements.
- Good knowledge of other new SAP technologies such as Fiori SAPUI5, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Business Application Studio, SAP Build etc.
- Strong expertise in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and architecture: designing Fiori applications, configuring Launchpad, developing custom UI5 controls and following Fiori design patterns.
- Experience with SAPUI5: building controllers, utilizing Fiori Elements framework, and extending standard apps. Front-end skills with HTML5/JavaScript/CSS3, and use of SAP Web IDE or BAS for development.
- Exposure to related SAP environments (SAP ECC/ERP suite) and object-oriented ABAP concepts. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Fiori/UI5 applications.
