DAS Services is seeking a Product Support Integrator (PSI) / Life Cycle Logistics Analyst to support U.S. Army acquisition programs at Picatinny Arsenal. This role focuses on Integrated Product Support (IPS), sustainment planning, and logistics management for small arms, fire control systems, and lethality enablers. **Remote or Onsite**
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
- Perform Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) and Core Logistics Analysis
- Track and report system readiness / sustainment metrics
- Prepare Materiel Release (Full, Urgent, Interim) documentation, including MONs
- Support New Equipment Fielding (NEFT) coordination
- Ensure compliance with AR 700-2, AR 700-3, and DoD 5000 series
- Maintain Technical Manuals (TMs/ETMs) and logistics documentation
- Participate in Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and assessing Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance
- 5-12+ years of experience in life cycle logistics, product support, or DoD acquisition
- Strong knowledge of Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements
- Experience with Army systems, sustainment planning, and materiel release
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- DAWIA Life Cycle Logistics certification
- Experience with Army weapons systems, small arms, or fire control
- Familiarity with Picatinny Arsenal programs, PEO Soldier, or JPEO Armaments & Ammunition
