Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Facility Security Officer (FSO) to oversee and manage all aspects of security operations within a cleared facility. The FSO will ensure compliance with government regulations, safeguard classified information, and support personnel security processes in a dynamic, high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer and manage the organization's security program in compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and applicable government regulations.
• Maintain and oversee classified material control, storage, transmission, and destruction procedures.
• Serve as the primary liaison with government agencies, including Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and other oversight bodies.
• Manage personnel security processes, including clearance submissions, reinvestigations, and indoctrinations/debriefings.
• Conduct security briefings, training, and awareness programs for employees.
• Perform regular self-inspections and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
• Investigate and report security incidents, violations, and suspicious activities.
• Maintain facility accreditation, including SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) compliance if applicable.
• Oversee visitor control, access management, and physical security systems.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security operations.
