Job Description
In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, reviews Operating Procedures across the enterprise.
Researches, analyzes, and designs information systems to meet the needs of an organization that will integrate with existing and future systems.
Consults with users to identify current operating procedures, problems, and requirements. Designs models and utilizes analysis and solution development methods, including process maps, flow charts, and diagrams. Scopes project costs and timelines. Documents installation, maintenance, and operating procedures. May create coding and logic specifications for developers.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Facilitate 690 COG interactions with base communications units. This task includes:
- Developing, updating, and maintaining 690 COG SOPs for interfacing with base communication units
- Gathering information from base communication units on the effectiveness of SOPs and incorporating recommended changes into draft SOP updates/revisions for Government approval
- Reviewing all 690 COG SOPs dealing with base communication units at least quarterly
- Develop, review and revise job guidance. This task includes:
- Developing new and reviewing existing job guidance (e.g., LJGs, SOPs, TO Supplements, AFI Supplements, etc.)
- Gathering information from AFIN operators on the effectiveness of guidance
- Providing draft revisions to incorporate job guidance improvements.
- Providing an assessment of the efficacy of all current job guidance and recommending a schedule to remedy any deficiencies.
- Updating job guidance according to approved remediation schedules
Education & Experience
- Requires a bachelor's degree, and 2 - 4 years of related experience
Certifications
- Desired - ITIL v4 Foundation
Security Clearance
- Top Secret
Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
- IAM II = CASP+, CAP, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC
- Shift - Days. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required
