Join the 32d Army Air Missile Defense Command Program

Description

SAIC is seeking incumbents and external talent to join the 32d Army Air Missile Defense Command program and support the full range of services to ARL's research mission.

The work is to be performed at the customer site in El Paso, TX.

This effort will provide the 32d AAMDC with support for planning activities, situational awareness of subordinate unit activities, and maintaining a historical record of operations, activities, and investments (OAI) across the command. Participate in Operational Planning Team events and activities in the Future Operations and Plans planning horizons, theater Security Cooperation planning and Exercise Development; provide commentary and recommendations from the Current operations perspective.

The types of positions we will be hiring for include:

• Site Lead/Program Manager
• Deputy Site Lead/Program Manager
• Operations Plans Analyst
• Operations Analyst

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• 12-16 years of experience in military operations or direct support to military/government customers.
• Minimum 12 months of Air and Missile Defense at battalion-level or higher staff experience.
• Preferrable as an S3/XO in Battalion, Brigade, or AAMDC; 12+ months at a Service Component or Combatant Command HQ.
• Proven experience working in a contractor role supporting DoD or government agencies.
• Bachelor's degree. Master's Preferable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to produce deliverables in varying formats (digital matrices, web-enabled formats).
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT:

• A Secret or Top-Secret Clearance will be required and will vary depending on position
