Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
• Define and own product strategy for core autonomy & HMI platform capabilities.
• Translate mission requirements from defense customers into product roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities across air, ground, and maritime autonomous systems.
Product Execution
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through deployment.
• Partner with engineering and autonomy teams to deliver scalable, high-reliability software.
• Establish product metrics, track adoption, performance, and mission impact.
Customer & Mission Engagement
• Work closely with military operators, program offices, and defense integrators to understand mission needs.
• Support field deployments, demonstrations, and product feedback loops.
Product Operations
• Build scalable product processes appropriate for a high-growth defense tech company.
• Balance rapid innovation with reliability, security, and compliance requirements.
• Establish clear documentation and product communication across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
8–12+ years of experience in product management or as an expert user of Department of Defense autonomy systems.
Experience shipping complex technical products (AI/ML, robotics, distributed systems, or autonomy).
Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy and execution in fast-moving environments.
Strong collaboration with engineering and technical teams.
Experience translating ambiguous customer needs into product roadmaps.
