The Opportunity

As our Infosec Technical Assurance Lead, you will be the technical authority responsible for guiding and assuring Information Security across our UK and EMEA operations. You will provide expert advice to project teams, validate compliance with customer and regulatory requirements, and help drive an "always ready" security posture across the organisation.
You will lead the Computer Incident Response Team during incidents, engage closely with our Cyber Security Operations Centre, and develop a programme of cyber exercises that ensures the business is prepared to respond effectively. Reporting to the Director of Information Security, you will play a vital role in strengthening our cyber readiness and resilience.
What you'll be doing
• Providing technical advice and guidance to IT project teams to validate compliance with customer, regulatory and internal security requirements.
• Leading the Computer Incident Response Team during security incidents.
• Working with the Cyber Security Operations Centre to ensure UK needs are met and communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
• Developing and delivering cyber exercises to ensure readiness across the business.
• Supporting a range of activities aimed at enhancing and maturing our overall cyber security posture.
What we're looking for
Essential:
• Strong experience with MoD standards such as DEFSTAN, DEFCON, ISNs and JSPs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with ISO 27000 series standards.
• Relevant Information Security certifications.
• Relevant technical security certifications.
• Experience working within high-classification environments.
• A proactive, solutions-focused attitude.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or higher.
Desirable:
• Experience working in complex or multinational environments.
• Broader cyber defence or technical assurance background.
