The Work:
Duties will include but are not limited to:
This position will be assigned to the LM RMS Program Security Team at the Deer Creek Facility, Littleton, Colorado. The Security Rep Senior is responsible for integration and execution of program security operations, and must be able to prepare, maintain, and enforce security policy and procedures within the Program Security environment. Must have thorough knowledge and experience of applicable government and user agency security policies, including National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), the DoD 5205.07 Manuals Volumes 1-4, Intelligence Community Directive 705 (ICD 705), and knowledge of Defense Information System for Security (DISS). You will oversee a government customer program and be the first line of security defense for Program Security. You will execute the handling and storage of classified documents, electronic media, and support access control procedures. You will perform random searches, entry and exit searches, conduct self-inspections, prepare for customer inspections, assist in security investigations, communicate and interact professionally during the enforcement of security policy and procedures. You will interact daily with senior personnel, and key government stakeholders with confidence, poise and professionalism.

Basic Qualifications:
1.Excellent communication skills: Proven ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal formats, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal stakeholders and government agencies.
2.In-depth knowledge of government security directives: Experience implementing and adhering to 32 CFR, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), ICD, and other relevant government security regulations.
3.USG or contractor security experience: Prior experience working with the US Government or as a contractor in a security-related role, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
4.Self-motivated and independent: A self-starter with the ability to work independently, taking initiative to identify and address security concerns.
5.Government inspection support: Ability to assist in government inspections within the facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
7. Ability to adapt to changing security requirements and priorities
Desired Skills:
1.Active security clearance
2.Knowledge of 32 CFR, NISPOM, and other relevant regulations
3.Experience with DISS (Defense Information System for Security) and other security databases
4.Familiarity with ICD (Intelligence Community Directive) guidelines and procedures
5.Understanding of COMSEC principles and practices
6.Familiarity with security policies and procedures, including those related to classified information

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
