Engineering Manager – Federal Professional Services (TS Clearance Required)
Location: Remote (Preference: Washington, DC Metro Area)

Overview:
We are seeking an Engineering Manager responsible for technical leadership and personnel management within a professional services delivery team. This role ensures methodologies are established, maintained, and enforced while providing oversight of service delivery quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers delivering technical services
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
- Ensure methodologies and processes are documented and followed
- Review project deliverables for quality, accuracy, and completeness
- Participate in customer engagements and support technical execution
- Assist in staffing decisions and resource planning
- Monitor project status and provide guidance for improvements
- Support proposal development and respond to RFI/RFP processes
- Collaborate with account teams to identify client opportunities
- Track team performance and support professional development
Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret clearance required
- 5–10 years of technical architecture or consulting experience
- Experience in governance and compliance (FAR, DFARS, CUI, CMMC)
- Understanding of FedRAMP and classified environments
- Prior leadership or people management experience preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in cybersecurity or information security environments
