Senior Admin (Arabic/English)

Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Admin (Arabic/English) to join our team! In this role you will provide high-level technical and administrative support to a Senior Executive based on site, and gain exposure to strategic, project, and operational activities directly connected to day-to-day project delivery.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and technical support to a Senior Executive, acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with other Company departments to ensure smooth information flow, timely approvals, and efficient handling of executive matters.
  • Managing the Senior Executive's schedule, including prioritizing, and arranging meetings, appointments, travel, and other key engagements.
  • Preparing, drafting, and formatting high-quality formal correspondence in both English and Arabic, ensuring consistency with Company standards.
  • Maintaining and updating correspondence logs, registers, and tracking systems for all incoming and outgoing communications.
  • Attending internal and external meetings as required, preparing agendas and supporting documents, taking accurate minutes, and following up on action items and deadlines.
  • Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, and dashboards in both English and Arabic for meetings, board reviews, and strategic discussions.
  • Providing ad-hoc support for project-related matters, including data collection, consolidation, and preparation of status reports and briefings.
  • Coordinating with project teams and relevant functions (e.g., Finance, HR, PMO, Legal) to support the Senior Executive in decision-making and monitoring key initiatives.
  • Assisting with document control and communication workflows.
  • Handling confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Supporting the organization and logistics of high-level events, visits, workshops, and executive meetings.
  • Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate or assigned by the Senior Executive.


What Required Skills You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Fluent in Arabic oral and written with the ability to draft and review formal correspondence.
  • Excellent communication skills in English oral and written, with strong drafting and editing capabilities.
  • Proven experience in communicating and coordinating with Government Entities and high-level external stakeholders.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with the ability to create professional presentations and dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while maintaining strong teamwork and collaboration with others.

  • Prior experience supporting executives in the GCC market or within Government / semi-government entities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, including the ability to review documents, track actions, and ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, think proactively, and propose solutions to support the Executive's objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, urgent requests, and diverse duties in a fast-paced setting.
