Job Description:
CTI, a Parsons Company, is seeking a highly skilled and mission‑focused Joint Experimentation and Data Integration Operations (JEDI Ops) Team Lead to support the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J81 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division. This position leads a diverse team of 21 professionals conducting cutting-edge exercise experimentation, concept development, and technology integration across the Indo-Pacific region.
The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of emerging warfighting concepts, integrated deterrence, and joint experimentation.
This position is required to be onsite and located at Camp Smith in Hawaii.

What You'll Be Doing:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead a 21‑person team and provide strategic direction for joint experimentation initiatives supporting USINDOPACOM
- Provide strategic direction to the JEDI Ops program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and national security objectives
- Manage program planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation
- Oversee the development, execution, and analysis of complex exercises, including Joint Battle Problems across the INDOPACOM AOR
- Drive kill web and future warfighting concept development, integrating emerging technologies and producing actionable recommendations
- Manage logistics, personnel readiness, equipment, and deployment operations
- Build strong relationships with military, government, and industry partners and represent the program at key events
Required Clearance:
- Candidate must be a US Citizen
- Candidate must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 15+ years of specialized experience
- Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven experience managing teams of 15+ personnel in high-tempo or high‑stakes environments
- Significant DoD or military experience in exercise planning, operations, or program management, preferably in INDOPACOM
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Professional certification such as PMP
- Completion of advanced military planning courses (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS)
- Expertise in Joint Training Program (JTP), Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), or advanced warfighting concepts such as kill web integration, integrated deterrence, or JADC2
- Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership (GO/FO/SES level)
