Job Description:

CTI, a Parsons Company, is seeking a highly skilled and mission‑focused Joint Experimentation and Data Integration Operations (JEDI Ops) Team Lead to support the US Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM) J81 Joint Innovation and Experimentation Division. This position leads a diverse team of 21 professionals conducting cutting-edge exercise experimentation, concept development, and technology integration across the Indo-Pacific region.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational expertise, and a deep understanding of emerging warfighting concepts, integrated deterrence, and joint experimentation.

This position is required to be onsite and located at Camp Smith in Hawaii.

What You'll Be Doing:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Lead a 21‑person team and provide strategic direction for joint experimentation initiatives supporting USINDOPACOM
  • Provide strategic direction to the JEDI Ops program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and national security objectives
  • Manage program planning, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee the development, execution, and analysis of complex exercises, including Joint Battle Problems across the INDOPACOM AOR
  • Drive kill web and future warfighting concept development, integrating emerging technologies and producing actionable recommendations
  • Manage logistics, personnel readiness, equipment, and deployment operations
  • Build strong relationships with military, government, and industry partners and represent the program at key events


Required Clearance:
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen
  • Candidate must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI Clearance


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field OR 15+ years of specialized experience
  • Minimum of 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven experience managing teams of 15+ personnel in high-tempo or high‑stakes environments
  • Significant DoD or military experience in exercise planning, operations, or program management, preferably in INDOPACOM
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 25%


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Professional certification such as PMP
  • Completion of advanced military planning courses (SAMS, SAASS, JAWS)
  • Expertise in Joint Training Program (JTP), Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC), or advanced warfighting concepts such as kill web integration, integrated deterrence, or JADC2
  • Experience briefing senior military or civilian leadership (GO/FO/SES level)


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $148,300.00 - $266,900.00
