Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (Electronic Warfare SME) to provide technical expertise supporting Electronic Warfare (EW) systems integration and capability development for JUSMAG Philippines.

Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (Electronic Warfare SME) to provide technical expertise supporting Electronic Warfare (EW) systems integration and capability development for JUSMAG Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW) systems and capabilities
- Support system integration, testing, and evaluation of EW-related technologies
- Analyze system performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
- Support requirements development, capability assessments, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with U.S. Government stakeholders and partner nation representatives
- Support mission planning, operational analysis, and system interoperability efforts
- Contribute to technical reviews, engineering analyses, and system lifecycle support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering or EW-related disciplines
- Strong understanding of EW concepts, signals environment, and system integration
- Experience supporting DoD programs, ideally within Navy or Joint environments
- Ability to translate operational requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and technical writing skills
