Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (C2 COP / Battle Management Systems Engineer) to support command and control (C2) systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) capabilities for JUSMAG Philippines.

Overview
Sayres Defense is seeking a Systems Engineer III (C2 COP / Battle Management Systems Engineer) to support command and control (C2) systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) capabilities for JUSMAG Philippines.
Responsibilities
- Provide engineering support for C2 systems and Common Operational Picture (COP) platforms
- Support integration, configuration, and testing of battle management systems
- Analyze system performance and interoperability across platforms and networks
- Support requirements development, system architecture, and interface design
- Coordinate with operational users and stakeholders to align system capabilities with mission needs
- Develop technical documentation, system diagrams, and engineering artifacts
- Support training, demonstrations, and operational assessments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in systems engineering, C2 systems, or battle management environments
- Experience with COP tools, data integration, and operational systems
- Familiarity with joint/coalition environments and interoperability standards
- Strong analytical, systems thinking, and communication skills
