PRISM is seeking a SharePoint Developer to lead the modernization of enterprise SharePoint architecture and the deployment of SharePoint Subscription Edition. The ideal candidate will assess web requirements to redesign and enhance existing applications for performance, scalability, and stability within secure environments (DISA/STIG/SRG). You will serve as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA), managing complex workflows, migrations, and user permissions while providing high-level systems engineering support across Windows and Linux. Key technical responsibilities include implementing DevOps practices, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and ensuring all system designs meet rigorous security standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Assess and validate SharePoint and web requirements.
- Redesign and enhance existing SharePoint applications (performance, scalability, stability).
- Build and manage SharePoint sites and workflows.
- Provide ongoing maintenance (O&M) and content management.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and site configurations.
- Analyze complex system requirements.
- Support business process improvement and modernization efforts.
- Help define standards for IT systems and procedures.
- Work with secure, compliant environments (DISA/STIG/SRG).
- Use DevOps practices and automation (Infrastructure as Code).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: (SKILLS/EDUCATION):
- BS degree with 5+ years of demonstrable experience.
- Strong hands-on experience managing SharePoint environments.
- Experience as a Site Collection Administrator (SCA).
- SharePoint workflows, migrations, configuration, and optimization.
- User support and requirements gathering.
- Security+ certification (or equivalent).
- Systems engineering experience across Windows/Linux.
- Automation, scripting, and DevOps tools.
- Documentation and secure system design experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- SharePoint architecture/backend experience.
- SharePoint Administrator or Designer certifications.
- Experience with containers and risk frameworks (RMF/ICD 503).
- Project management experience.
- Creating user documentation and training materials.
REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Poly
