Job Title: MEP QA/QC Data Center Inspector
Location: Culpeper, VA (100% Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Payrate: $60 to $70 per hour.

Job Description:
MEP QA/QC Data Center Inspector to join one of our larger clients in the Northern Virginia Market. This is 5 days a week onsite and candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with GC and subcontractors to implement comprehensive construction plans for data center projects.
• Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
• Track project schedule and resources to meet key milestones and deliverables.
• Track coordination of procurement of materials and equipment, overseeing vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Review technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Provide technical support and leadership to construction teams throughout all phases of the project.

Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center construction project management.
• Candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including design principles, installation methods, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam and Client Office.
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and third-party consultants.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards related to data center construction.
