• Salary range $155k-$185k. This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary; however, the final offer may expand beyond this range depending on the candidate's unique experience, specialized skills, and qualifications.

Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly analytical and innovative Cyber Analyst to work on-site in Reston supporting advanced research and operational efforts focused on countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) threats. This role involves conducting in-depth analysis, research, and development to identify and enable disruption strategies targeting critical infrastructure, processes and equipment. The ideal candidate will contribute to crisis operations, applying technical expertise to support full-spectrum mission objectives.
Key responsibilities include reverse engineering complex, unfamiliar and ambiguous processes, as well as integrating intelligence data with engineering principles to asses and interpret facility operations. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with incomplete information, and a collaborative mindset to develop actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decision-making.
Requirements
The Cyber Analyst role requires:
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI and CI polygraph Eligibility
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Ability to research, comprehend, and apply engineering concepts in new and challenging ways to determine feasibility of disruption of defeat options.
• A solid foundation in cybersecurity principles
• OT experience
• Deep packet inspection
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Products
• Critical Node Identification
• Vulnerability Analysis
• System analysis and modeling
• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate engineering topics to a non-technical audience
Preferred skills:
• Familiarity with OT Protocols
• Project Management
• Coding Skills (Python, Java)
• CISSP certification
