About the Job
The Intelligence Solutions Integrator, Team Lead supports the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command Data Capabilities Division by leading bilateral and multilateral intelligence information-sharing efforts, theater integration activities, and data and architecture engagement with partner organizations. This role serves as a senior interface between the Data Capabilities Division and supported organizations, helping synchronize data-related efforts across Army, joint, coalition, and Intelligence Community stakeholders. The position focuses on identifying architecture and information-sharing gaps, coordinating partner engagement, guiding interoperability efforts, supporting embedded theater activities, and translating operational needs into actionable, mission-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

Partner Integration and Information Sharing
  • Lead efforts to identify intelligence information-sharing and architecture gaps with bilateral and multilateral partners.
  • Research, develop, and present solution options and recommended courses of action to government leadership.
  • Coordinate and facilitate recurring video teleconferences, teleconferences, and partner engagement events.
  • Troubleshoot information-sharing and connectivity issues and document procedures for repeatable use.

Theater and Embedded Support
  • Serve as a principal point of contact between the Data Capabilities Division and supported host organizations.
  • Support theater-aligned units, deploying units, and regional stakeholders by identifying data access, dissemination, and knowledge management gaps.
  • Travel to supported organizations, as directed, to conduct site visits, review local architectures, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist customer organizations in integrating Data Capabilities Division services, enterprise tools, and solutions into intelligence processes.

Architecture, Documentation, and Mission Improvement
  • Document partner architecture layouts, data flows, information-sharing procedures, and best practices.
  • Produce meeting notes, trip reports, after-action reports, and points-of-contact tracking to support ongoing engagement.
  • Support identification of multinational command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) architectures and interoperability requirements.
  • Develop documentation that enhances data discovery, dissemination, and integration across operational environments.

Training and Operational Enablement
  • Coordinate with training teams to deliver intelligence training solutions to supported units.
  • Promote access and entitlement tools, along with best practices, to expand appropriate mission access.
  • Support working groups, planning events, and architecture discussions with Army, joint, and coalition stakeholders.
  • Apply mission understanding and analytic tradecraft to shape practical, user-focused solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of four years of experience leading teams and managing intelligence-related work across planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.
  • Minimum of four years of experience supporting data integration across data governance, architecture, warehousing, quality, metadata management, operations, and data discovery.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting bilateral or multilateral intelligence information-sharing or interoperability efforts.
  • Demonstrated intelligence mission support experience within the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
  • Strong ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce clear, structured reports that communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Current Department of Defense Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.
  • Ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting theater intelligence operations, deployed units, or embedded mission support environments.
  • Experience with foreign partner engagement, coalition information-sharing, or intelligence interoperability initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, working groups, and travel-based partner engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Associate degree with seven years of intelligence experience, or high school diploma with nine years of intelligence experience, may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
