Description
The Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Program is the Navy's Flagship Signal's Intelligence (SIGINT) system; installed on U.S. Navy ships, Coast Guard platforms, Foreign Navy's and shore sites. Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic is the In-Service Engineering Agency (ISEA) responsible for lifecycle support, from development through transition. This support includes, but is not limited to: engineering, requirements analysis, testing, technical writing, fleet technical support, training, procurement, configuration management, production, warehousing, drafting and repair. This support, ultimately, is designed to ensure the deployed SSEE systems and Navy operators are positioned for success against our Nation's adversaries.
The Project Manager will be a member of the SSEE team focusing on tackling Configuration Management (CM) challenges for the SSEE Family of Systems (FoS) in order to provide a streamlined CI/CD solution and rapid release potential for Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) and National Security Agency Network (NSANet) connected systems. The ideal candidate will have a history of direct involvement with successful software configuration management and be a meticulous organizer ready to tackle CM challenges within an enterprise software environment.

- Maintaining CM over all candidate software releases and associated documentation
- Tracking Software Version Descriptions (SVD), change requests, and software baselines
- Coordinating and organizing configuration management board meetings for review of change requests
- Working with the software engineering team to de-conflict and orchestrate integration of competing software branches

Requirements
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance
- Minimum of five or more years of Software Configuration Management (SCM) experience using tools such as Git, Subversion, Clearcase, BitBucket or similar
- Strong understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) Continuous Deployment (CD) principles
- Familiarization with container concepts
- Experience with cloud technology platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud
- Must currently hold a DoD 8570-compliant IAT II certification (SSCP or Security+ CE with appropriate CE/OS certificate) or be able to obtain within 6 months
- Must be a team player, dedicated to program support, capable of multitasking and working several complex and diverse tasks with simultaneous or near simultaneous deadlines
- Must be a self-starter who is accountable and requires minimal direction and supervision; a person who is open to new ideas
