Job Description

We are currently seeking a Program Management Analyst, Intermediate to support our customer in Washington, DC location.
Functional Description:
Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, communications, and program support services to the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) SEA 10E Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office.
Support the execution of NAVSEA's EEO mission by delivering high-quality office management, data management, communications, event coordination, and program administration services. In addition, the contractor will create and maintain a professional environment that accurately reflects and supports the Navy, NAVSEA, and SEA10E's mission, vision, and values.
Duties:
Administrative & Office Support Tasks
• Provide full-service support for SEA 10E operations.
• Order supplies, materials, and equipment required for office functionality.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.
• Submit information technology (IT) and facilities service requests as needed.
• Manage office logistics to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Receive and respond to telephone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
• Route inquiries accurately to appropriate personnel.
• Draft correspondence, memos, and official documents.
• Complete forms and administrative paperwork as required.
• Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations on routine matters.
• Maintain command calendars and scheduling requirements.
• Track and update meeting schedules and event timelines.
• Maintain and update the SEA 10E Unit Identification Code (UIC) Points of Contact list.
• Support panel interview processes by coordinating candidate communication.
• Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics.
• Prepare Requests for Personnel Actions (RPAs) for hiring, personnel changes, and awards.
• Process Transfer/Intro/Exit (TIE) requests for personnel seating and movement.
• Support records management activities, including maintenance and disposition of records.
• Ensure compliance with Department of Navy (DON) records management standards.
New Personnel Onboarding Tasks
• Order supplies, equipment, and materials for new personnel.
• Coordinate seating assignments for incoming staff.
• Submit cubicle or office setup requests.
• Submit phone activation, reassignment, or deactivation requests.
• Initiate business card orders in accordance with NAVSEA standards.
• Ensure all onboarding tasks are completed prior to new personnel arrival.
Mail Management & Routing Tasks
• Analyze incoming official mail to determine proper routing.
• Route mail to appropriate organizations, directorates, or divisions.
• Manage internal and external mail distribution.
• Use approved software tools to process incoming and outgoing mail.
• Arrange mail and package pickups with appropriate carriers.
• Receive and process mail containing classified, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), or Personably Identifiable Information (PII).
• Safeguard sensitive mail in accordance with federal and DON policy.
• Retrieve employee information from the global address list for routing purposes.
• Assist in distributing directives and materials requiring multiple routings.
• Implement follow up process.
Required Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Experience:
Three (3)-Ten (10) years' work experience required
This role requires in-person support.
Must hold and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
