Position Summary
Odyssey is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support Warner Robins AFB, which provides critical acquisition, program management, and lifecycle support to advance the mission of advancing aersospace systems. This team ensures the effective planning, execution, and sustainment of FMS and USAF weapon systems by delivering expert program management, acquisition strategy support, and integrated logistics capabilities across the system lifecycle.
The Program/Project Manager will apply comprehensive knowledge of systems acquisition and program management principles. Responsibilities include supporting procurement activities, executing post-award project and program management tasks, and contributing to lifecycle acquisition and logistics management for systems, subsystems, equipment, and services.
This is a full-time, onsite position located at Warner Robins AFB.

Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Secret
Education: Bachelor's or Master's in related field and 3 years of experience which must be in the DoD; OR 7 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS
labor category performance requirements, 5 of which must be in the DoD.

Responsibilities
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques for gathering, analyzing, and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs.
- Abilities to plan, research, analyze and assess system acquisition in terms of development, production, and deployment of weapon systems and associated equipment and the abilities to formulate plans and recommend effective strategies in meeting cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
- Abilities to support and develop acquisition reports, including statutory and regulatory reports, e.g., Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) or Monthly Activity Reports (MARs).
- Abilities to support program management reviews, senior level meetings/reviews and Integrated Master Plan (IMP)/Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews.
- Abilities to assist in acquisition strategy planning, pre-award and post-award document preparation, and milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, staff coordination,
and decision documentation preparation. - Abilities to interface and coordinate with lateral USG organizations, i.e.,, headquarters, major commands, aircraft wings/squadrons, test agencies, and USAF Centers or other external agencies
as required in order to accomplish assigned tasks. - Abilities to establish and maintain databases and assist in the development and analysis of key program metrics, assist in developing and integrating risk management plans and strategies and
support program briefings. - H ave a working knowledge of, and be able to effectively apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principals in order to evaluate and report program health and status.
