Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Regional Service Delivery Manager to join our team supporting the customer at various locations.
As a Regional Service Delivery Manager, you will manage, oversee a team to provide vital technical and project support for government end user resources and applications within a specified region. In this role you perform as the crucial link between technical engineering teams and customers, specializing in designing, customizing, and supporting software or hardware solutions to meet specific client needs.

As a Regional Service Delivery Manager, you will manage, oversee a team to provide vital technical and project support for government end user resources and applications within a specified region. In this role you perform as the crucial link between technical engineering teams and customers, specializing in designing, customizing, and supporting software or hardware solutions to meet specific client needs.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Manages a team of end user IT services technicians to support TSA customers at multiple locations
- Provides oversight and management for on-site technical, project management/administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project, task(s) or business unit for multiple locations
- Coordinates various service activities e.g. new installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance; manages work schedules to ensure appropriate support is maintained as required and provide reporting to teams, leadership, and other stakeholders
- Duties may include tracking and reporting project accounting, project schedule focus to management, tracking annual fiscal plans and monthly updates, maintenance, service administration, and more
- Identifies, assesses, and evaluates moderately complex product/service solutions requiring a blend of project management, finance, and technical skills
- Interacts with management and stakeholders to assess major business processes and address product/service needs aligning resources to projects and activities
- Participates in discussions and working groups to identify applications with features, functionality, and ability to operate securely within the customer environment
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or other related technical area
- 5+ years of experience
Preferred Requirements:
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certifications
- ITIL Foundation certification
- PMP
- Experience within a government or corporate environment
Clearance Requirements:
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be able to obtain DHS EOD suitability
- An active EOD suitability is highly desired.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
