Full Stack Development Specialist

Work You'll Do

As a US Delivery Center Solution Specialist on the team for our Federal client, you will:

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Configure and develop end-to-end processes including incidents/requests/problems/changes (ITSM), HR cases and services (HRSD), and customer cases and workflows (CSM) using Flow Designer/Workflow, SLAs, notifications, and assignment logic
• Develop platform components and user experiences with business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, knowledge, and portals/workspaces as applicable
• Build integrations and data movement for ITSM/HRSD/CSM using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and import sets/transform maps with monitoring and error handling
• Execute testing and releases through unit testing, peer reviews, UAT support, and deployment activities following SDLC and change management controls

Qualifications

Required:

• 4+ years of technical web development experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and/or Python
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Secret clearance for this role
• Bachelor's degree
• Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:
  • Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Lake Mary or Mechanicsburg)
  • Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project location
  • Travel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposes
  • Relocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred :

• Experience with ServiceNow development; specifically with HRSD, ITSM and/or CSM
• Active Secret clearance preferred
