THE WORK
This position is for the Multi-Domain Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Campaign Lead within the Mission Integrated Command & Control (MIC2) Strategic Products & Initiatives (SP&I) organization. The successful candidate needs a deep understanding of C2 systems across echelon, integration approaches of IAMD products and sensors, and the challenges with kill web interoperability. Candidate should also understand product line architecture concepts. The desire is for the candidate to have expertise in driving forward-leaning technical solutions in IAMD. These solutions will leverage existing and emerging joint all-domain command and control (JADC2), sensors, and kinetic/non-kinetic effect capabilities to create a decisive advantage.
Key responsibilities include:
• Driving innovation for the IAMD solution space, across domestic and international services
• Developing technology strategy roadmaps to support the Multi-Domain IAMD Campaign
• Conducting technology roadmap workshops to ensure collaboration that will drive investment decisions and campaign focus
• Working with Advanced Concepts (AC) to curate affordable, rapid, and impactful internal and Government-led demonstrations and prototypes (D&P)
• Ensuring MIC2 engineering and technology (E&T) is positioned to support the strategy for next generation requirements - drive our future technology and product strategies
• Participating in and reviewing proposals for Contract Research and Development (CRAD), Corporate Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), and Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs), as well as Market Assist (MA) engagements in support of the campaign technology strategy
• Collaborating with other functions (Business Development, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, Contracts, Security, Legal, Sourcing) to ensure the technology strategy aligns with business needs and strategy
• Collaborate with other RMS lines of business (LOB's), enterprise Technologies (eTech) and corporate to ensure a 1LM approach to technical solutions
• Participate in industry days, conferences and customer value proposition (CVP) workshops to ensure alignment with supporting business goals
• Researching and supporting Advanced Concepts (AC) in competitive intelligence, including participation in Black Hat competitive assessments and supporting position-to-win (PTW) efforts
• Supporting the implementation of capture plans and strategies for individual captures, contributing to higher-level strategies
• Participating in and leading technical proposal development efforts to capture new business, including writing or contributing to proposal volumes and participating in reviews

WHO WE ARE
You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical, program office, and business development professionals across the organization to be a key player in ensuring the direction of capability evolution for LM strategic imperatives.
Basic Qualifications:
• In-depth knowledge of Command & Control (C2), sensors, and effectors (non-kinetic and kinetic) at echelon, across domestic and international
• Strong understanding of C2 defensive policies
• Knowledge of Joint and Service Warfighting Concepts to include Joint All-Domain Operations (JADO) and Joint All-Domain Command & Control (JADC2), as well as joint doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
• Knowledge of Department of War (DoW) Battle Management Command & Control (BMC2) architectures
• Conceptual grasp of military datalinks, IP networks, and communications
• Demonstrated ability to form and maintain successful customer relationships
• Ability to understand and interpret requirements and develop campaign strategies
• Deal closer - highly effective at bringing tasks and projects to a successful and timely conclusion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to clearly articulate strategies with cross-discipline teams and at multiple levels of business
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple internal or external deliverables simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead deliverables, workshops, demonstrations, exercises and other shaping activities
• Team player - effective at organizing and motivating a diverse set of individuals in pursuit of common objectives. Must work well with broader corporate, eTech, and MIC2 functions.
• Willing and able to travel domestically in support of collaboration and BD activities
• Avid learner - strong desire to understand the broader business within Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) and LM enterprise
• Experience with security and compliance, including knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
• Must have an interim Top Secret (TS) or higher clearance to start role and be eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Skills:
• IAMD-related operator experience at echelon (Tactical, Operational, Strategic)
• Mission planning experience for IAMD
• IAMD kill chain experience
• Experience with government-led demonstrations, exercises, and/or events
• Experience with CRAD and OTA acquisitions
• Experience working with Missile Defense Agency (MDA), Office of Undersecretary of War for Research and Engineering (OUSW(R&E)), and service science and technology (S&T) organizations (e.g. DARPA, DIU, TRMC, SCO, ONR, NRL, AFRL, DEVCOM ARL)
• Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
• Familiarity with Mission Engineering, IntelDevOps, and Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) methodologies and practices

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $139,600 - $246,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $160,500 - $278,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
