What You'll Do
• Execute system integration tests and verify readiness.
• Develop and maintain clear test plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate daily integration test operations across engineering, safety, quality, and partners.
• Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis during test cycles.
• Review test results and prepare system-level evaluation reports.
• Conduct regression testing to confirm fixes.

Lockheed Martin develops advanced technologies to protect global security. The Next Generation Interceptor program is central to missile defense, delivering systems that detect, track, and neutralize evolving threats. Your role ensures these systems work safely, reliably, and effectively.
Basic Qualifications:
Candidates must meet all requirements listed:
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, or 2+ years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience or willingness to learn system integration and test operations.
• Experience or willingness to learn to write and execute system integration test plans, procedures, and reports.
• U.S. citizenship (required for government security clearance).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Ability to work at a facility requiring special access.
Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of systems engineering fundamentals (requirements, design verification).
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
