Description:WHAT WE'RE DOING
This position will support the Maritime Integrated Air and Missile Defense (MIAMD) Sub-Market Segment and the LCS, AMC, CSEA Programs and associated smaller Programs.

THE WORK
• As a Subcontracts Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the Subcontract Program Manager in strategic proposal/program execution efforts, defining, and executing subcontract/supplier strategies, determine contracting incentives, structuring formal agreements for teammates and strategic suppliers and ensuring program excellence through strong supply chain performance.
• The successful candidate will develop proposal evaluation criteria, conduct bidders' conferences, analyze and evaluate proposals, and negotiate and award subcontracts.
• Maintaining and administrating resulting subcontracts by coordinating additions, deletions, and modifications.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of key programs and suppliers within the sub-market segment.
• Additional tasks include expanding program leverage of software services across multiple Programs to position for greater leverage and achieving lower cost in Supply Chain, interfacing with the central services teams (MCE, Supplier Diversity, Sourcing Compliance and NMAC) to ensure support teams are focused on LOB priorities, and monitoring and managing all strategic and tactical subcontract activity, taking corrective action when necessary to meet objectives.
• This position will be required to engage with the Program Management Office and other functions to ensure successful Program Performance, to include customer engagements and briefings.
• Solid interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. FAR / DFAR contracting experience.- Working knowledge of various contracting types (Firm Fixed, Price, Cost Plus, Incentive Fee, Award Fee, T&M, etc.,.)
• Experience pertaining to P2P, SCNAV, COS, GenBOE, RPMS, ROADS, EPDM, SIE, PMM, StOPs, and CPOT is preferred but not required.
• Travel may be required, up to 25%.

Basic Qualifications:
• Strong subcontracts management and administration/organization skills.

• Experience and working knowledge of various contract types.

• Proven problem solving and negotiation skills

• Experience working with all levels of management

• Ability to obtain a security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Strong multitasking and prioritization ability
• P2P fluent with and ability to execute complex projects
5+ years experience in Procurement or Subcontracts Administrative roles, experience in leading major Subcontracts and leading or being a member of Subcontract Management Teams
• Technical or Business degree
• Ability to work autonomously with suppliers and customers
• Proven relationships across business functions to drive results
• Problem-solving skills at both detail and high levels
• Ability to develop comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) and to manage SDRL's (Subcontract Data Required Line Items)
• Experience with managing proposals that require cost and pricing data and reviews through EPP.
• Ability to analyze proposals to verify accuracy, completeness and compliance
• Significant cost-type subcontract experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $89,300 - $154,905. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
