- You will be responsible for the integrated planning of Hypersonic Weapons (HSW) mission planning ensuring combat commanders (CCDRs) requirements are achieved while in compliance with legal and regulatory directives ensuring commander's intent is met.
- You will use basic knowledge of energy management and understanding of the principles of deconfliction to collaboratively and independently plan HSW missions.
- You will interpret and apply commander's guidance and intent, country specific guidance, and mission requirements in a Joint environment.
- You will understand overall mission route strategy and employ all available system capabilities across several classification domains to utilize developed penetration tactics within time constraints.
- You will perform self-inspection and present reports with any corrective action taken to supervisor and follow up to ensure complete and quality resolution of discrepancies.

- This position is subject to work an uncommon tour, including nights, weekends, and holidays to meet mission requirements. Overtime or night differential pay and/or unusual duty hours may be required.
- This is a Mission Essential position. You will be required to ensure organization or facility continuity of operations and/or completion of tasks that are considered essential to the mission designated by a local or command decision.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- Tier 5 investigation with additional access to special access programs (SAP) as a condition of employment.

- Experience implementing for HSW weapon system mission planning, distribution and execution processes and procedures and of weapon systems complimentary to HSW sufficient to effectively develop hypotheses, theories, collaborate, integrate, adapt, influence and significantly impact the operational plans and strategic policy decisions supporting POTUS, SECDEF, and the supported Joint Task Force or Geographic Combatant Commanders.
- Experience conducting research of kinetic and non-kinetic threats to HSW sufficient to apply and evaluate and address established, as well as theoretical, risk to current and projected operational areas of interest. Decisions are made that significantly influence the mission planning model. Assessments will be presented to operational staffs for their consideration in developing appropriate course of action options.
- Experience managing the current and future designs of Tomahawk Command and Control System (TC2S) Architecture related to navigation and geospatial data processes associated with HSW planning necessary to analyze and integrate current and evolving GEOINT and Multi-Int technologies and solutions into the mission planning process as well as the weapon systems configuration management roadmap.
- Experience as the incumbent for the standalone and enterprise navigation, imagery, and geospatial data systems, and understanding of complex data technologies and related computer architectures supporting HSW mission planning sufficient to meet or exceed command mission planning production goals, as well as to mitigate external systems and services support upgrades and outages. Able to evaluate, determine, and apply solutions to resolve system failures and enable continuous mission planning efforts across two distinct classification domains, over sustained periods of time.
- Experience developing and utilizing quantitative and qualitative techniques and methodologies sufficient to analyze complex plans, strike rehearsals, and exercise scenarios; articulate observations and findings; and implement solutions to enhance overall mission/combat readiness.
