InfoSec Operations Analyst
Location: Remote

Job Description:
The Information Security Operations role will support multiple teams within the InfoSec org. The role’s main objective is to support operational processes that monitor and maintain compliance against required policies and standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing surge support to critical governance and compliance processes within the organization.
- Endpoint/System Compliance Mgt: This involves following up on endpoints that are out of compliance and ensuring that all systems adhere to established security standards.
- Access Mgt: This involves correlating system role permissions, identifying discrepancies, and supporting the resolution of access issues.
- Work Mgt: To support the tracking and management of work, you will need to handle help desk requests, manage ticket support, and perform accurate data entry to maintain up-to-date records of compliance activities.
- Exposure to tools such as ticketing systems, endpoint management platforms, and compliance tracking software will be highly beneficial in this position.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with information security frameworks, incident response processes, and permission auditing tools will help you excel in your duties.
- Experience in environments where you have supported help desk operations, managed data entry for security or compliance purposes, and worked with teams to resolve technical issues will contribute to your success.
- Help desk experience – 1-2 years.
- Data entry skills.

Desired Skills:
- Experience with endpoint compliance monitoring.
- Familiarity with system role permission management.
- Knowledge of information security governance frameworks.
