**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Active Department of Defense Top Secret (DoD TS) clearance.
- Proven experience as a Database Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development, database concepts, SQL, and data modeling.
- Experience with data analytics.
- Familiarity with DoD security regulations is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Responsibilities:**
- Design, develop, and maintain database architecture in line with business requirements.
- Ensure the security and integrity of databases by implementing access controls and backups.
- Optimize database performance through regular monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with software developers to integrate database systems with applications.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on database-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in database development.
