Job Description

As a Security Officer Armed Driver Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a high-profile aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and/or unusual activity.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support access control, incident reporting, and emergency preparedness activities while maintaining professional firearm handling and following all post orders, company policies, and applicable use-of-force guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience is required, or a college degree is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
