- Core Knowledge & Skills: Demonstrates strong command of project management standards, contract compliance, and delivery excellence. Skilled in risk management, financial tracking, and project planning.
- Work & Complexity: Leads projects from initiation to close, manages deliverables, tracks milestones, and ensures client acceptance. Proactively identifies and addresses risks and issues.
- Quality & Independence: Ensures high-quality outcomes, operates with autonomy, and drives continuous improvement in project delivery.
- Teamwork & Communication: Builds positive relationships with clients, delivery teams, and stakeholders. Coaches and mentors team members to achieve project success.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of cloud projects.
- Identify, create, develop and integrate innovative solutions and programs that reduce defects in the cloud.
- Exercises strong judgment in the identification and execution of strategic improvement plans.
- Anticipates bottlenecks, assess risks, mitigate issues, provide
escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints. - Influence, motivate and lead others to meet the challenges of
cloud operational environment. - Validate customer requirements and coordinate cloud resources to onboard new tenant.
- Generate and submit monthly SLA reports to customers and PM.
- Support the generation of monthly SLA and other reports.
Required For This Opportunity
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- 8+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Lead supporting IT or cloud-based development teams.
Demonstrated experience supporting teams delivering solutions in AWS cloud environments, including close collaboration with engineers, product owners, and DevOps teams. - Active Secret clearance or higher is required.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and using Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar..
- Certifications: IAT-2, 1 or more cloud certifications.
- Experience working in regulated environments and following secure engineering / documentation practices.
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience supporting DoD/IC programs and mission systems.
