Summary:
• Seeking a highly experienced Reverse Engineer with a profound understanding of iOS internals.
• Responsible for conducting in-depth analysis of iOS operating system components and applications.
• Focus on uncovering complex software mechanisms, identifying vulnerabilities, and understanding critical system behaviors.
• This role requires expertise in dissecting and interpreting software at a low level to inform strategic development and security enhancements.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 10+ years
Salary: $293k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Perform comprehensive reverse engineering of iOS software, firmware, and applications.
• Analyze iOS operating system internals, including kernel, userland processes, and security mechanisms.
• Identify and document software vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, and critical system flaws.
• Develop custom tools and methodologies to aid in the analysis and understanding of iOS components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into development and security strategies.
• Provide expert-level technical reports and briefings on reverse engineering efforts and discoveries.
• Utilize industry-standard reverse engineering tools such as disassemblers, debuggers, and static/dynamic analysis platforms.
• Possess strong proficiency in assembly languages (e.g., ARM64) and relevant programming languages (e.g., Objective-C, Swift, C/C++).
