Summary:
• Lead end-to-end Systems Engineering efforts, covering requirements analysis, design, and development.
• Provide technical leadership to Agile development teams for software development, integration, and testing.
• Define and develop robust system architectures.
• Create and maintain essential technical documentation.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning and project coordination using Jira and Confluence.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $320k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead all phases of Systems Engineering, including requirements analysis, system design, and development.
• Provide expert technical direction to Agile development teams, ensuring successful software development.
• Oversee and guide software integration and comprehensive testing activities.
• Develop, analyze, and refine complex system architectures.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and system specifications.
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices within development teams.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning sessions and manage project workflows using Jira and Confluence.
• Apply extensive experience in Integration and Test (I&T) processes.
• Utilize strong skills in Software Architecture and Software Development.
• Conduct detailed Requirements Analysis to define system scope and objectives.
• Demonstrate excellent Communications and Technical Writing abilities.
• Provide effective Technical Team Leadership, mentoring, and guiding personnel.
