Summary:
• Lead the development and modernization of critical data tracking and metrics systems.
• Drive the application of UI/UX design best practices and user-centered design principles.
• Conduct comprehensive usability testing, requirements analysis, and workflow mapping.
• Utilize Linux, HTML/CSS, and Javascript for advanced user interface design.
• Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for system enhancements.
• Ensure Section 508 compliance and integrate user feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Compensation:
Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 20+ years
Salary: $325k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Develop and modernize complex data tracking and metrics systems.
• Apply UI/UX design best practices, including user-centered design principles.
• Conduct thorough usability testing and interpret results to inform design.
• Perform detailed requirements analysis and workflow mapping.
• Design and implement user interfaces leveraging Linux, HTML/CSS, and Javascript.
• Create high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Ensure all designs and systems meet Section 508 accessibility compliance standards.
• Analyze user feedback to guide design iterations and system enhancements.
• Possess expertise in Software Testing and Dataflow principles.
• Proficient in core Software Development methodologies.
• Experience with Workflow automation and process improvement.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud for design and prototyping tasks.
