Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Lead complex penetration testing and comprehensive vulnerability risk assessments.
• Drive cyber incident response initiatives from detection to resolution.
• Evaluate and test critical software for security flaws and compliance.
• Formulate robust security compliance requirements and oversee remediation efforts.
• Collaborate extensively with development, systems engineering, test, and integration teams.
• Provide expert guidance on software architecture and overall system security posture.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 20+ years
• Salary: $235k+ yearly compensation
Job Description:
• Lead and execute advanced penetration testing engagements.
• Conduct thorough vulnerability risk assessments to identify and prioritize security weaknesses.
• Direct and manage cyber incident response efforts, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Perform security evaluations and testing of critical software components and systems.
• Define and implement security compliance requirements in alignment with industry best practices.
• Develop and deploy remediation strategies for identified security vulnerabilities.
• Partner with software development, systems engineering, and integration & test (I&T) teams.
• Provide expert input on secure software architecture and system design.
• Apply knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies in security development lifecycles.
• Demonstrate strong background in Systems Engineering and Software Development principles.
• Possess deep understanding of Cyber Warfare/Cyber Defense concepts.
• Expertise in Web Services security.
• Proficient in programming languages including Java, Perl, HTML/CSS, Python, C, and Javascript.
• Experience with Requirements Analysis and Software Architecture.
• Competency in both Linux and Windows operating environments.
