Indotronix is seeking an Product Support Engineer 3, Oklahoma City, OK

Shift: First
Start Time: 7:30 AM
End Time: 4:30 PM
Is Clearance Required To Start?: No

Position Description: The candidate selected for this Maintenance Engineering position will work within this engineering capability team to support maintenance engineering activities across multiple programs. This position will work collaboratively with Client employees and contractors to fulfill the NAVAIR Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Conditioned Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) contractual requirements.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads a team of Maintenance Engineers to execute contracted NAVIR RCM and CBM+ tasks. Perform detailed RCM studies following NAVAIR and SAE JA1011/JA1012 standard. Analyze system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences to develop optimized maintenance strategies. Utilize FMECA and other reliability data as inputs to RCM processes. Prepare clear, concise RCM analysis reports, including findings, recommendations, and supporting data. Identify and recommend preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks. Evaluate maintenance task effectiveness, feasibility, and cost implications. Support development of maintenance plans and schedules based on RCM outputs. Gather and analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data from multiple sources. Use reliability and failure data to validate and refine RCM recommendations. Support root cause analysis and failure investigations as needed.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
Experience with NAVIAR RCM and CBM+
Experience with NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements, and industry best practices.
Experience with reading and understanding engineering drawings
Experience with reading and understanding technical manuals (Tech Order, Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC's), maintenance manuals, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications/Desired Skills (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or higher prefered
Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) by ASQ
RCM Practitioner Certification
NAVAIR or DoD-specific RCM training courses
Experience with GOLD, REDARS, and Haystack
Experience with commercial and military aircraft on aircraft systems and modifications
Experience using and applying military and commercial Maintenance Manual Publications, Instruction for Continued Airworthiness, Overhaul Manuals, Drawings, Technical Orders and Part Illustrated Manuals, Wiring Diagrams towards aircraft system's Maintenance Planning
Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and systems
