Job Description

We are currently seeking Foreign Military Sales Analyst/Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-231 FMS Team for the Egypt and Taiwan at the Patuxent River, MD location.
Functional Description:
Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Demonstrates experience in the program/project status and schedules. Demonstrated training/knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and OSD policy and documentation related to PPBS, life- cycle management of military acquisition programs (as specified in the DoD 5000 series). Demonstrates experience processing program acquisition, funding, and contract documentation for military programs. Supports training efforts through the integration of documents into Government databases. Completes travel orders in accordance with JTR regulations. Performs tasks under supervision.
Duties:
· Provide program analysis support and have knowledge of FMS/DoD Acquisitions.
· Coordinate the review of planning documents to assure integration of applicable policies, procedures, contract provisions, and data requirements for assigned programs.
· Collect, compile, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. To include using Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) for assisting with FMS case development & the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) suite of tools for providing support for CDRLs, CSPT, PMT, and EDA.
· Maintain weekly reports, monthly dashboards, program schedules, organizational charts, meeting minutes & action items.
· Review correspondence and prepare for/attend numerous team meetings; generating meeting invitations/files/slides as needed.
· Coordinate in-country events & handle all requirements for Travel (Travel Approval Forms, APACS, Visa, etc.).
· Position will require a limited amount of travel (average of 1 trip per year).
· Position requires in-person support to the local Patuxent River area as needed (generally 1-2 days per week).
Required Education:
BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.
Allowable substitution:
AS or AA degree and an additional two (2) years of experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree OR an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted for the BS or BA.
Required Experience:
Must have three (3) to ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management.
Desired Experience:
FMS experience preferred.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26 to $117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
