MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Manager to join our team in Doral, FL.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide executive-level leadership and management for the successful execution of the SCITES 2 Task Order, ensuring the achievement of all program objectives.
- Ensure outcome-driven delivery and employment of C5IM capabilities that are aligned with USSOUTHCOM strategies, Campaign Plans, and other crisis, contingency, and exercise plans and operations.
- Drive the implementation of nimble IT management processes that can move at the speed and scale required to support and achieve USSOUTHCOM's operational needs, resulting in a decisive information advantage and a fully mission-capable environment.
- Lead and manage large, geographically dispersed technical and ground teams, establishing goals and plans to meet project objectives.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of all program deliverables and provide financial and status reporting to both government and corporate leadership.
- Oversee all aspects of joint planning, including the identification of Blue Force vulnerabilities and the development of risk mitigation strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Fifteen (15) or more years of professional experience, including extensive experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and managing people and deliverables in a Department of Defense environment.
- Ten (10) or more years of experience managing a performance-based program or portfolio of programs, leading geographically dispersed operations and staff of varying skill levels.
- Five (5) or more years of experience planning in large-scale exercises, real-world operations, and crisis response efforts, ensuring C5IM is incorporated into the planning process to enable freedom of action for U.S. forces.
- Demonstrated experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or component command.
- Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale efforts, including the planning and execution of joint and component CONPLANs and OPLANs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution and or a master's degree from a Graduate of a senior service college (e.g., Naval War College, Army War College, Air War College) and a joint qualified officer with extensive experience in the Joint Operations Planning Process.
- Expert domain knowledge of SOUTHCOM's mission, Area of Responsibility (AOR), and Partner Nations (PNs).
- Experience in relating IT and Cyber Mission Assurance to Combatant Command operations to leverage relevant operational data for timely and accurate decision-making.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess a current Secret security clearance.
- An active/current Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility is highly desired.
