Position Summary
Odyssey Systems is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the NC3 Contract, specifically within the NCN Division at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact mission within the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) NC3 Integration Directorate.
The AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate, headquartered at Hanscom AFB, MA, with an additional operating location at Kirtland AFB, NM, provides acquisition and administrative oversight for all NC divisions, branches, and programs. This includes direct support to the Program Executive Office (PEO), Deputy Director, and Deputy AFPEO NC3. The Directorate is comprised of multiple functional areas, including Engineering, Financial Management, Operations Management, Information Protection, Contracts, Cyber, Logistics, Intelligence, and Program Execution.
The Project Scheduler will assist division leadership in overseeing 3 programs within NCN to include GASNTi1, GASNTi2 and CVR2.
This is a full-time position based at Hanscom Air Force Base, Bedford, MA.

Years of Experience: 3 - 7 years of relevant experience

Years of experience: 7+ years of relevant expereince supporting DoD/DoW programs

Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Develop, manage, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to support project planning and execution
- Coordinate and communicate IMS activities across functional disciplines within the Program Management Office (PMO) while delivering technical scheduling products such as Gantt charts and network diagrams
- Provide integrated schedule management support, ensuring alignment with system acquisition processes and incorporating key schedule requirements to drive mission success
- Assist in requirements development, planning efforts, and evaluating project feasibility to achieve program objectives
- Clearly communicate schedule objectives, plans, and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, project teams, and leadership
- Identify and implement corrective actions as needed to keep the project on track
- Utilize advanced scheduling tools, including Microsoft Project, to develop and manage complex project schedules
- Conduct risk assessments of government and stakeholder schedules, providing Earned Value Management (EVM) indicators to highlight potential schedule risks and inform decision-making
