It's a great time to join JRC-and we're actively searching for a sharp, experienced, and highly organized Program Analyst to support the Chief of Staff for Navy programs. In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of our Navy programs team, driving the smooth execution of high‑priority tasks and ensuring the organization stays aligned, informed, and moving forward. If you're passionate about national defense, thrive in fast‑paced environments, and take pride in keeping complex operations running flawlessly behind the scenes, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact.

  • Schedule meetings and coordinating with Navy officials, program managers, and senior stakeholders
  • Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics for senior executives
  • Draft and edit executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Review PowerPoint decks for accuracy and alignment with SSP branding
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings with precision
  • Provide general administrative support and managing communications
  • Oversee integrated master scheduling and tracking deliverables
  • Conduct supply research analysis and maintaining key databases

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Active DoD SECRET clearance (or held one within the last 2 years)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Fox It, and Visio
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and deadlines

Bonus Points
  • Experience working with DoD, Navy officials, or program managers
  • Familiarity with strategic systems programs and related technical terminology
