What You Will Do:
Blu Omega is seeking a forward-thinking Entry-Level Consultant to support initiatives in Agentic AI, Generative AI, and advanced Data Science. This role contributes to innovation in healthcare analytics and enterprise AI solutions, leveraging modern technologies to transform data into actionable intelligence.
Support the design and implementation of Agentic AI systems for workflow optimization
Assist in developing Generative AI applications for summarization, predictive modeling, and conversational interfaces
Build and maintain data pipelines integrating structured and unstructured data using platforms such as Databricks
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to support policy evaluation
Contribute to AI-driven projects in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and knowledge graph integration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered dashboards and insights
Continuously learn and apply AI methodologies and data science best practices
What You Will Need:
US Citizenship is required
Master’s degree with 1 year of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience in AI, data analytics, or a related field
Experience with Python or R and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Basic understanding of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, prompt engineering, or similar)
Strong understanding of SQL and data management concepts
Hands-on experience with Databricks (e.g., notebooks, Delta Lake, or ML workflows)
Experience or academic/project exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Ability to learn and apply AI concepts to business problems
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Exposure to vector databases and knowledge graphs
Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI practices, and compliance
Experience with visualization tools and interactive dashboards
Understanding of Agile project environments
Internship or academic project experience in technology consulting or AI
