Active Secret Clearance
5+ years technical problem‑solving experience
Experience with DoD Business IT systems
Strong Agile background (Scrum, SAFe, ASF)
Experience with software development lifecycle (design → testing → maintenance) more specifically from manager:
Experience in managing the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including: specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
Strong BA skills: backlog management, feature/story decomposition, acceptance criteria
Strong facilitation: sprint ceremonies, conflict resolution, PO/SME engagement
Excellent communication + technical writing
Ability to work independently with government stakeholders
ITSM / ITIL familiarity
