• Evaluating existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Partnering with process owners to update, create and review process documentation and ensure robust configuration control.
• Supporting management reviews through data analysis, reporting, scheduling and action tracking.
• Preparing for and supporting internal, external and corporate audit activities.
• Publishing and managing IMS documents in SharePoint and promoting awareness and training across the business.
What we're looking for
Essential:
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 14001.
• Experience developing, implementing or maintaining compliant management systems.
• Experience managing process documentation libraries and configuration control.
• Proven ability to lead or support process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to build positive, effective relationships across cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
• Experience with ISO 45001, 44001, 31001 or 22301.
• Process mapping (UPN or similar).
• Programme delivery knowledge.
• SharePoint, MS Office and Visio skills.
If you don't meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply. We know that potential comes in many forms.
