Description:The F35 Deputy PMO team is looking for a data analyst to perform and lead new metric creation, recurring metric generation and data analytics tasks for the F35 Deputy organization in support of the F35 Enterprise.
What You Will Be Doing
• Provide regular reporting for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, scorecards, dashboards and other efforts
• Coordinate the timely collection, finalization and storage of metrics for recurring meetings on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Create and maintain data collection systems to ensure clear responsibilities for timely reporting of information to F-35 management.
• Coordinate with data stakeholders to resolve data analysis issues and inefficiencies
• Create and enhance metrics, dashboards and data visualization tools to report key performance data using a variety of systems
• Assist in data discovery and data identification activities from multiple systems within functional teams (e.g. Program Management, Functional Management, Deployed Site Managers)
• Propose process efficiency improvements in metric creation, metric storage and metric maintenance to minimize time required to compile both recurring and unique metrics
• Assist with the review, approval and record keeping of F-35 policies and procedures.
• Complete special projects that often are unanticipated and require flexibility and creativity.
Basic Qualifications:
• Formal experience with data collection systems, metric creation, recurring metric generation and/or continuous improvement projects
• Analytical and research experience
• Analyzing, profiling, and cleaning Data
• Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, graphs, etc.) and PowerPoint emphasized (create and present data)
Desired Skills:
• Formal experience with simultaneously leading multiple projects involving different team members who have conflicting priorities
• Descriptive and Predictive modeling
• Knowledge of Machine Learning methodologies
• Advanced statistics and statistical modeling
• Time series analysis and forecasting
• Data transformation (a combination of Tableau / Tableau Prep, Alteryx, SQL Server Integration Services, custom scripts, or similar tools)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
