Description:
You will be the Program Lead for the Product Line Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high-quality missile and fire-control products at the Lufkin site.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Program Lead you will be responsible for guiding a cross-functional group of engineers and logistics personnel to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute program plans that align with customer requirements and corporate objectives.

  • Lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives to improve processes and reduce waste.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.

  • Monitor schedule performance and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

  • Mentor team members and develop leadership capabilities across the site.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess the ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience leading a team.
Demonstrated ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to solve problems and implement process improvements.
This person must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a secret security clearance, since access to classified hardware is at times required.
Must be fluent with Microsoft Office applications and be able to communicate effectively in activities such as Program Reviews, weekly operations meetings, internal and external customer presentations, etc
Desired Skills:
SAP and/or Apriso experience. Green Belt certified, CAM training. Leadership and/or communication development experience/training. Previous manufacturing experience such as supervisor/product line manager. Multi-site experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
