Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering preferred)
• 8+ years of program/project/engineering management experience in aerospace, defense, or cyber physical systems.
• Strong foundation in systems engineering (functional analysis, requirements allocation, interface control).
• Hands on knowledge of air system components (Mission Systems, Vehicle Systems, Off board support, firmware, aircraft loadable data).
• Experience using DOORS, Jira, Cameo, SysML (or other modelling and simulation tool).

• Master's degree in STEM discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering preferred)

What You Will Be Doing
As the Systems Architect Sr. Staff you will be responsible for shaping the end-to-end system architecture, aligning program plans with the Capability Roadmap, and ensuring seamless integration across multiple disciplines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Chief/Principal Architect, senior program leadership, customers, integrated logistics, and air-system stakeholders.
- Coordinate program planning activities-including release, PI, and roadmap planning-to keep the effort aligned with the Capability Roadmap.
- Expand the implementation of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tenets across the program and enterprise.
- Direct large-scale solution delivery across Agile Release Trains, external vendors, and partners, addressing integration, certification, and logistics challenges.
- Design, develop, and govern complex system architectures, translating mission requirements into coherent, technology-balanced solutions.
